Yes. Please send us your color codes, brand color palette, or reference images — we will match the colors as closely as possible. For PET heat transfers (DTF) or label printing, colors will be carefully calibrated and sent to you for approval first.

- Products & Services
We print almost all products for branding, including: Stickers, labels, product decals, PET heat transfers (for apparel), hang tags, thank you cards, name cards, bags, and packaging. It’s an all-in-one solution perfectly suited for shops, brands, and workshops.
No MOQ required! You can print a few pieces, single items, test samples, or order in large quantities. This is ideal for new shops, small brands, or workshops needing prototypes.
Yes. Before printing, we will send a demo/mockup for your approval, along with close-up photos or videos if needed. You can review it carefully before confirming the print. Once approved and put into production, no further changes can be made, so please check carefully before agreeing.
Yes. Just send us your idea, reference image, or logo — our team will recreate a clean, print-ready file. Simple designs receive free support. For complex designs, a fee will be quoted in advance for your approval.
- Troubleshooting & Support
When placing an order, you will be assisted by a dedicated customer service representative. If you have any issues, just message them directly — we will handle it quickly and transparently.
Please notify us immediately with clear photos or videos. After checking, if the defect is from our production, we will reprint it completely free of charge and redeliver it as soon as possible. We always prioritize quick resolutions so your sales are not interrupted.
Since all products are custom-made to order, returns or refunds do not apply. However, if there is an error on our part (wrong size, severe color deviation, printing error, cutting error, technical defect, etc.), we will reprint and send replacements for free. Please report any defects within 7 days of receiving the goods, along with photos/videos for accurate verification.
- Ordering Process
Yes. Every order includes a mockup/digital proof for you to approve before production begins.
Typically 4–8 hours after you send the file or design information. The time may be faster or longer depending on the complexity of the design.
We send mockups via Zalo or Facebook Messenger. If the file is large, we will send it via Email. You can preview, request edits, or approve it right there.
Once you approve the mockup, the order goes into production and cannot be altered. Therefore, please check carefully before confirming. If an error occurs due to system issues or miscommunication, we will work with you to find the most appropriate solution.
If the order has not yet entered production, you can still make changes. Just message us via Zalo/Facebook/Email — we will update it for you. Once the order is running on the machine, no further changes can be made.
You can cancel before the mockup is approved. After you approve the mockup, the order will be custom-printed according to your request, so it cannot be canceled.
- Pricing, Shipping & Payment
Printing prices depend on: the material you choose, product dimensions, print quantity, and finishing requirements (cutting, laminating, foiling, packaging, etc.). The larger the order, the better the unit price. Small or retail orders are still accepted with no MOQ.
Yes. We have a discount policy for bulk orders, workshops/brands with regular printing needs, and businesses ordering multiple types of products at once. Contact us for a detailed and customized discount quote.
Shipping fees depend on the delivery address and the weight/type of product. When you place an order, the system will clearly display the shipping fee. Inner-city and outer-city rates may vary — we always select the most suitable carrier (such as Viettel Post, GHTK, Grab/Ahamove for urgent inner-city deliveries, or coach freight for large/same-day orders) to optimize your costs.

The shipping fee depends on the delivery address and the order weight. We are currently using the following carriers: Viettel Post, Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK), Grab / Ahamove (for urgent inner-city orders), and Coach/Bus freight (for large orders or same-day delivery). When finalizing your order, we will quote the specific shipping fees so you can choose the most suitable option.
